Real Estate for Girls

Where can a girl go to start her search for real estate? Other than spending wee hours of the night online, where are the answers to the most commonly asked questions? How do you find a knowledgable agent/loan officer you can trust?
Well sista, let me tell you!
I started a MeetUp Group in Los Angeles to be a resource for women who want to invest in themselves by investing in real estate. With my colleague Christine, we meet in small groups and present revolving topics in simple but revolutionary ways. Complicated, overwhelming topics have never been taught this way before. We are over the moon excited to be trail blazing our fun ways of learning. Our goal is to educate & empower in quick 1 hour sessions.

Buy, sell, & invest with confidence in yourself and those on your team. Real estate, loans, escrow, pre-qualifying & contingencies will never be overwhelming again.

Spread the word:
we meet at least once a month if not more.
Our topics change to meet our groups interests.
We come to your work or office just request us to your HR department.
We also book bridal showers for super savvy couples ready for their first home together.

We do cater to gals because we’ve seen the need for this resource in our field, HOWEVER! We do not discriminate against guys, husbands, boyfriends, brothers, dads :)We do give presentations for everyone so please just ask.
** We do get a lot of requests from new or aspiring realtors/loan officers but please note we are not a resource to learn about being an agent or how to get your license etc. We exist as a resource for sellers, buyers, investors, & owners only.
